🔄 Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • It must include all original components (e.g. tags, boxes, accessories)

  • For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned (see below)


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Wigs and hairpieces (if worn or tried on)

  • Skincare and cosmetics (if opened or used)

  • Personal beauty tools and accessories

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


🔁 Exchanges

We accept exchanges only for:

  • Defective or damaged items

  • Incorrect items sent by our team

To process an exchange, contact us first at support@artejoa.com with your order number and photos (if needed).


💸 Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, we will:

  • Inspect the product

  • Process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
    Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid lost packages.
