We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

It must include all original components (e.g. tags, boxes, accessories)

For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned (see below)
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

Wigs and hairpieces (if worn or tried on)

Skincare and cosmetics (if opened or used)

Personal beauty tools and accessories

Gift cards or digital downloads
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
🔁 Exchanges
We accept exchanges only for:

Incorrect items sent by our team
To process an exchange, contact us first at support@artejoa.com with your order number and photos (if needed).
💸 Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, we will:

Inspect the product

Process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
